Join acclaimed filmmaker Ken Burns for a screening of his newly restored Academy Award–nominated documentary The Brooklyn Bridge (1981, 60 min.), followed by a discussion with Burns and New York Times reporter Jim Dwyer. The film returns to the Brooklyn Museum, where it originally premiered, to examine the narratives of struggle and triumph behind the creation of the Brooklyn Bridge.
