Family Party
Sunday, January 26, 2020
2–5 pm
Beaux-Arts Court and Egyptian Galleries, 3rd Floor
Join us for our Family Party, the coolest kids' event in New York City. For one afternoon only, our Beaux-Arts Court is transformed into an art party like no other! This year, the beloved and talented artist KAWS and Julia Chiang will be back to host, along with Tia and Mark Gonzales (awe-inspiring skateboarder/artist).
We also present some super cool, one-of-a-kind art projects led by emerging and established Brooklyn-based artists including Oliver Jeffers, Studio Jeremyville, Risa Puno, and Margeaux Walter; and activities by designer Dao-Yi Chow (Public School), the Brooklyn Kitchen, Sylvia Center, the Kids Breaking League, and our own Education department. Last but not least, we'll have bouncy castles, escape-the-room, a treasure hunt, an immersive photo booth, a chill out zone, and more. All proceeds support the Brooklyn Museum and our groundbreaking education programs.
