"Bring the Cool" Family Festival

Kick off the summer with a free interactive festival for all families, filled with imaginative activities, hosted in partnership with Cool Culture and P.S. 1 Elementary School. Get inspired by the theme “Color My World” with live music and performance, an interactive gallery scavenger hunt, special family tours, a P.S. 1 student art show, and colorful art-making activities, including:

• DIY colored sunglasses

• Telescope making

• Ancient Egyptian coloring station

• Poetry wall

• Community mandala making

• Paper marbling and color-mixing workshops

• Plant your own seedling

• Cool Family Photo Booth

Drop in any time, or stay for the whole afternoon!

Bilingual volunteers (Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese) will be present.

Free for Cool Culture and P.S. 1 families. Free for the general public with Museum admission.
