Bradley Farm Dinner at The Norm

Ray and Chef Saul team up again! Ray Bradley, farmer and founder of Bradley Farm, near New Paltz, joins forces with Chef Saul Bolton of The Norm restaurant to create a phenomenal Fall Field-to-Fork Dinner. Bradley Farm is honored that The Norm, the contemporary American restaurant at the Brooklyn Museum, has asked us to launch their new dinner series. Chef Saul has created a wonderful menu showcasing the best of Ray's bounty.
