Art and Yoga with 3rd Ritual

Join Jenn Tardif of the collective 3rd Ritual for a grounding, all-levels yoga class featuring aromatherapy, breathwork, and intention-setting. Designed to help you recalibrate your nervous system for the season ahead, this class welcomes everyone to practice; no experience is necessary. Afterward, explore mindfulness and rest in the “A Quiet Place” framework of Toward Joy: New Frameworks for American Art.

Please bring your own mat.
