Celebrate the year of the tiger with a cocktail hour and after-hours talks. Joan Cummins, Lisa and Bernard Selz Senior Curator, Asian Art, is joined by astrologer Alice Sparkly Kat (author of Post-Colonial Astrology: Reading the Planets through Capital, Power, and Labor) to reflect upon the significance of the Lunar New Year in Asian diasporic communities through art and astrology. Plus, enjoy a special cocktail created by Vanessa Li and Bowen Goh of the Bushwick bar Mood Ring.
